Never Stop Learning

Never Stop Learning

A gentleman never stops learning. He knows life is a series of lessons and opportunities for growth and challenges himself to expand his knowledge. It’s easy to think the learning process concludes when we graduate (graduate from whatever it is that we’re enrolled in). But the truth is that we need to continue to push ourselves to improve our skills and gain new knowledge.

My favorite way to learn is to learn from others. Learn from those who’ve gone before me and those who have accomplished great things. Of course, reading books is a great way to gain new knowledge, too, and I try to read as often as possible. But with my healthy commute to and from the office every day, I particularly value my drive time listening to podcasts. I have two favorites that I want to share with you.

The first is Founders by David Senra. David takes listeners through some of history’s greatest entrepreneurs. I can’t help but be inspired by nearly everyone he highlights, from Michael Dell to Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger to Estée Lauder and Jensen Huang. Each of his sessions provide robust inspiration from some of the best and brightest to ever live.

I also love Ben Wilson’s How to Take Over the World. Similarly, Ben shares insights from some of the greatest men and women, past and present. Both podcasts offer a glimpse into the minds of some of the hardest working and most brilliant people on the planet.

I for sure will continue to pour into this content in hopes of continuing to learn, grow and expand my knowledge, now and into the future.
